Once you update the settings to suit what you want the cappucino coffee is lovely. The milk system needs to be cleaned regularly at least every 2-3 days (the process is quite simple, easy and only takes a few minutes) otherwise the milk froth is reduced. Makes much more noise than I expected but this is my first coffee machine so that might be normal. The coffee is just as nice as store bought coffee though and don't forget to get the little chocolate shaker thing! lol...
