Je ne suis vraiment pas Fan , je préfère mon ancienne … les réglages , les favoris etc… déçu de l’avoir prise

How do I give 0 stars? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! My order was never delivered to me and just sent back to the warehouse. When I called to ask why, (I was hung up on TWICE) they said they do not know and that they will be issuing me a refund. I said, no thank you, just send my coffee machine back. They said they could not do that. I also bought it on sale and they said that if I purchased another one, they WOULD NOT give me the sale price, that I had to pay full price (even though I had been watching the product for MONTHS for ti to go on sale), and that I should just buy it again when it went on sale again. This was not coming from the customer service rep, this was coming from the specialty team and the manager! I cannot believer Phillips! Blessing in disguise though, I bought a Delongi automatic coffee machine and it is far superior! I HIGHLY recommend that machine over ANY Phillips products. NEVER again Phillips. I also reported you to the Better Business Bureau

Coffee isn’t very hot even on the hottest setting, it’s leaked multiple times and ruined the countertop since it stayed wet under the coffee machine we didn’t see it. I have been on hold for over an hour a few times with customer service and cannot get through
