Le Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed se distingue par son autonomie, la qualité du micro et le confort. Le casque est léger et agréable, même pour de longues utilisations. Le micro est souvent salué pour sa clarté, idéal pour le jeu et les appels. La connectivité est polyvalente : sans fil, Bluetooth et USB. Les inconvénients sont une isolation moyenne, un micro non détachable et un son par défaut très clair avec peu de basses. Il manque aussi une housse de transport, ce qui le rend moins pratique en déplacement.

I'm giving this rating because I spend all my time plugging it in when I'd rather use Bluetooth. As soon as I unplug it, I have about two minutes before it automatically disconnects. I have to reconnect it every two minutes. On some games, the sound becomes awful, with crackling on Bluetooth (Star Citizen, League of Legends, Rust, CS:GO, etc.). To solve the problem, I leave it plugged in all the time, but I think it's silly to have bought a Bluetooth headset that I can't use on Bluetooth.

Very good headphones, good sound quality, easy to use and the battery lasts a very long time and doesn't take long to charge.

Update... I did more research and found that the firmware for the dongle and headset were out of date. I downloaded the firmware updater and did the update and my headset is working perfectly again. These are amazing headphones for the price and I am very pleased it was a tech issue that was fixed fairly easily, I do however wish that Razer had made this more clear to begin with and have saved me time and frustration. Love these when it was working, the transmitter receiver cratered and now I have a wired pair of head phones, returning for refund.
