Great product at a great price. Had to wait afew weeks as it was on back-order, but it was worth the wait.

Beautiful laptop, excellent performance. Real shame that it now has been at the workshop for about 25% of the time I have owned it. ASUS and Mr Norman need to get their warranty process figured out. I was about 3 months old when the screen flickered a couple of times and then went black - never to work again. Before that the battery life was only about 4 hours, and the unit ran quite hot. I also had some weirdness where it would not begin charging until the battery fully depleted and the laptop switched off. So it has been 5 weeks since I took it back to HN and asked for a refund. Still waiting on a decision from ASUS apparently. This is far too long, and unacceptable. I have called the store many times, and I don't blame them, but this assessment process is awful. Give me my money back. It's obviously a lemon if the assessment centre can't work it out over 5 weeks.
