Chance Eau Vive est une fragrance d’agrumes fraîche et pétillante centrée sur le pamplemousse et l’orange sanguine, soutenue par du jasmin, un musc doux et du vétiver.[3][5][10] De nombreuses utilisatrices apprécient son caractère énergique et propre et la considèrent comme un choix facile et sûr au quotidien, surtout par temps chaud.[3][5][9] Le parfum est souvent décrit comme léger, joyeux et non envahissant, ce qui le rend adapté au bureau comme aux occasions décontractées.[3][5][9] En revanche, les mêmes critiques reviennent souvent dans les avis : sur beaucoup de peaux, la senteur s’estompe assez vite et tient rarement toute une journée de travail sans réapplication.[1][3][9] Les amatrices de parfums plus pointus reprochent aussi à la composition d’être simple et peu innovante pour une maison comme Chanel, certaines la trouvant même un peu chimique ou générique par rapport à d’autres parfums frais.[1][3][5][9] Si vous cherchez un agrume élégant et facile à porter, il a de bonnes chances de vous plaire, mais si vous voulez une forte originalité ou une performance très marquée, il risque de décevoir.

I've used Chanel Chance for years, it's a beautiful perfume and lingers long.... It clings to scarves I've worn before which is very pleasant indeed. I may be 'elderly' but I know class when I wear it .

This had been my winter perfume for years. However, I will never buy it again. The decline in quality is embarrassing. This is certainly not an eau de parfum. It used to be a distinctive, long lasting scent. No more. Even the bottle is below par. Such a shame. Time to try a new fragrance, but not from Chanel.

I have been buying this perfume for longer than I care to remember and this recent purchase may well be my last. It fades after only a few hours of wearing it. Previously, I could still smell it at the end of the day.

This has the classic chance quality and is demure and refined. It is citrusy and classy without being overpowering. This is not one for those who want day long compliments as it is extremely subtle. In order I love Fraiche, original, splendide, vive, tendre. The original still is commented on the most and then fraiche. It has good staying power but is subtle.
