Diorella de Dior est un chypre d’agrumes classique avec une forte ambiance années 70. Le parfum associe citron et notes vertes à des fleurs, du vétiver, du patchouli et de la mousse de chêne, ce qui le rend à la fois frais, légèrement terreux et adulte. De nombreux amateurs louent Diorella pour son caractère élégant, en partie unisexe, et pour sa tenue remarquablement bonne pour une eau de toilette fraîche. En revanche, ce n’est pas un agrume moderne et facile, façon shampoing : le côté chypre mousseux, un peu moisi, et l’ouverture parfois vive ne plaisent pas à tout le monde et peuvent paraître démodés. Il existe aussi des différences nettes entre les versions vintage et récentes, ce qui peut influencer les attentes. Used to wear this scent many years ago and always loved it. It a a lovely, fresh and uplifting perfume. Great for Spring/Summer season. Love it!

It is nice, fresh and almost lacks any sweetness. Personally it immediately reminded me of 2 fragrances: Eau de Lit by Guerlain and Chanel N°5. If you like those, you will be very happy with Diorella.

Roudnitska ripeness is in full effect in his classic Diorella, where the melon is at the precipice of swollen and soft, the peach has zero give when bitten into and so juicy it makes a mess all over you. Limes have been squeezed over salty flesh, and flower petals are in creases and folds, sweaty and plump, just before they recede and bear fruit. Musky carnation and salacious spice steer Diorella from its fruity citrus opening to a heavenly woody, oily dry down hinting at indecency but still behaving. Its restraint from full on lechery is its brilliance. Are we clean or are we dirty?
