I will simply take the liberty to claim that this has nothing to do with Eros. It is an independent fragrance. After wearing it a few times, I can expand on my statement. The short but pleasant apple-mint freshness is there, then it transforms into something sweetly fresh that vaguely reminds one of Eros and unfortunately ends in a scratchy, lifeless Eros carcass for me. What benefits the fragrance is not comparing it to "Eros (Eau de Toilette) | Versace." It is better perceived as an individual. It is a pleasant, but unfortunately also somewhat scratchy men's fragrance. Not for the club boy. More for the everyday man. Can be worn occasionally. Maybe even in layering with Eros. P/L is good. H/S is above average.

The Blue Sapphire also starts off minty, though not as strong as the Eros Eau de Parfum . In the Lattafa fragrance, a very lemony note comes in simultaneously. After that, the scent remains consistently maritime fresh, without veering into that (for me) too sweet note of Eros. Later, a faint rose note appears, without becoming too feminine. This makes the scent significantly more wearable for me and not as overpowering. On my skin, it lasts easily between 6-7 hours, with weaker sillage than Eros. In terms of price, the Lattafa is a bit cheaper than Eros, making it the better choice, as it is not as overused and at the same time not as loud as Eros.
