Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Eau de Parfum est connu pour son mélange chaud d’amande, de cerise, de fève tonka, de vanille et de nuances boisées et cuirées douces. De nombreux utilisateurs et critiques le décrivent comme très facile à porter, confortable et adapté comme parfum signature, surtout en automne, en hiver et en soirée. Le rapport qualité-prix est souvent jugé positif pour un parfum d’une grande maison designer. En même temps, une critique revient souvent : le parfum peut être trop sucré et gourmand pour certains, surtout au départ, et la projection diminue sensiblement après quelques heures, devenant plus intime. On souligne aussi qu’il n’est pas particulièrement innovant, plutôt un parfum masculin sucré sûr et bien construit. Si vous aimez les accords d’amande et de cerise chauds sur une base douce et crémeuse, vous avez de bonnes chances d’être satisfait, mais si vous cherchez quelque chose de très frais ou de vraiment unique, il vaut mieux envisager d’autres options.

The opening notes of almond, spices and bergamot initially confused me, but by now they make sense and fit appropriately into the fragrance profile of this gourmand beast. After just a few minutes, a floral-sweet incense note unfolds, capable of filling the room in its softest form while remaining subtle at the same time. The base notes underscore this character and define a modern man with slightly feminine features, which do not detract from his likeness, but rather make him all the more present.

Sweetly citrusy, with a hint of honey. Then a bit of spiciness comes in, slightly vanillic. Quite a pleasant scent, remaining fresh even after a few minutes. After that, not much seems to happen anymore. Overall quite decent, nothing groundbreaking or innovative. For an EdT, it is of fairly high quality and the projection and longevity are absolutely fine. It vaguely reminds one of Devotion and can therefore be worn by both men and women. Suitable for day and night, in summer, spring, autumn, and probably also winter... for any occasion and basically also in the office.

Received a lot of compliments for the scent and it's one of my favorite fragrances, but unfortunately it has a specific problem and that is the longevity. Such a shame. If this scent were more potent, I wouldn't wear anything else. This freshness with the almond is simply brilliant. The bottle is also pure elegance. All in all, a very, very great product.

L’Homme Idéal is for me a clean, slightly sweet-woody fragrance with this almond note that stands out immediately. At first, it is rather fresh and well-groomed, almost reserved. Over time, it becomes warmer and a bit sweeter. Leather and rose. This almond note remains present throughout and gives it a slightly creamy, pleasant character. For me, it's a simple everyday scent that doesn't require much planning. Just apply it and it fits almost always, without being too much. Loved by everyone around!

L'Homme Ideal is the perfect harmony of lemon and sweet almond. It is a sweet, slightly citrus fragrance that is beautifully composed - these two notes could not fit together better. This scent profile is designed to please everyone. Essentially, it is just a sweet lemon-almond composition that reminds me after a while of the candies I used to eat as a child. Due to its sweetness, it can be worn in any season, but it particularly suits spring and summer. In autumn and winter, I would tend to reach for something stronger due to the colder temperatures, as the sillage and longevity of the EDT are only moderate to weak. Although it has a slight masculine tendency, it is also easily wearable as a unisex fragrance. Any man who has no issue with naturally sweet scents can buy this fragrance without hesitation. In my opinion, the name "L'Homme Ideal" does not fit the scent at all, but that does not affect my rating.
