Product is brilliant. Didn’t come with a UK plug though which is annoying.

This is basically a Dremel 8220 with the addition of a light (Dremel is a Bosch company). Apparently, Bosch has chosen not to bring this product to the US market. I already have a full 12V Bosch system, so it made sense to me to pay the extra money to import this from overseas and not have multiple chargers and batteries cluttering up my workspace. All of the Dremel accessories I've tried were compatible, even the collets and the attachments that screw onto the nose. The ergonomics on this tool are excellent, and there is more than ample power for anything you should be doing with a hand-held rotary tool. I like it so much that I may never use my corded or pneumatic rotary tools again! If you don't already have an investment in Bosch 12V tools, you might find the Dremel 8220 to be a better value.

Seller was prompt with emails. I needed to change the delivery address and despite a difference in language all went well. Korea to Canada in about a week. I find the tool slightly heavy compared to my old Dremel. I am using this with my 12V Bosch batteries from North America.

Great tool, lots of power! I like that it uses my existing Bosch batteries. I just used it to grind the pins off an ATV final drive chain - this thing does not bog down! This is the BEST "dremel" tool I have ever owned. Has more power than my old corded model (and I had a nice variable speed one too!) PS - the router attachment from my old corded dremel does not fit the plastic threads on the neck of this. All the old bits and collets fit this perfectly!
