I called the help line that I'n not able to register a new account recieving an error saying, "An error ocurrd. Please try again later". The help desk confirmed they too see the error. They took my phone number to contact me when resolved. A few weks have gone by no call still not working.

Bought this before my son was born. I weighed him every 4 weeks, he is 5 months old now, this scale has stopped working inly showing appx 1kg when I put my 5 months old on it. It is a waste of money.

Very useful and precise balance scale. I can’t recommend it high enough. If available this should be an essential in every nursery. It makes life so much easier and gives peace in mind when you have to Monitore your Babies weight and growing process.

The item was shipped with no extra packaging and arrived with the box opened and damaged. The scale didn’t switch on.

The app is free and easy to follow, I just input my babys weight every day and done. I dont have to wait to go to the doctors to know if my baby is growing healthy ??
