Fast shipping of the device—got the upgraded shipping and got it the next day which was surprisingly fast (no close by options at local stores for a device with the memory desired).

Initially had issues with receiving the correct phone and spoke to AT&T representative and we fix the issue and eventually I got the correct phone. I have the iPhone 17 instead of the iPhone Max Pro but eventually got the correct phone and I’m excited with the phone I currently have

Horrible experience I picked up phone and it was never marked as picked up so they cancelled and gave a whole mission for me to get a new one

I did not receive the product and I am being charged for the line that was a mistake by your agent.

Love my phone. I am still getting use to it as I had the iPhone 12 Pro Max for a long time. So this IPhone was a big upgrade for me!
