I have used Norelco shavers for the past 25 years and the i9000 Prestige is by far the best! I have used 2000, 3000, 5000, and 8000 series through the years and always had a challenge with neck hairs. I’ve used this shaver every day for a month and have yet to have any missed hairs and no irritation whatsoever. The light rings made me realize I wasn’t using enough pressure all these years. Also my shave time is down to around 1 min according to the app. Unbelievably impressed! Also, I love having the pop up shaver in this model vs the ultra.

J’avais l’ancien modèle et celui-ci est tout aussi efficace en mieux Capteur d’appuis sur la peau pour éviter de se massacrer et le tout est connecté à mon smart phone

The Groom Tribe phone app is useless. It doesn’t register correctly. You don’t know how you are doing with the pressure on the razor or your circular motion. I have been working with customer service for two months and they can’t fix the phone app. I may return the razor. A $300 razor should work perfectly.
