Very satisfied with this NAS. Quiet, fast. No problems with installation and support for the Western Digital Red Pro 16TB hard drive. However, I don't have enough experience and knowledge to really evaluate all of its functions, especially with the new QTS 5 version.

2 out of the 4 HDD's I brought failed on startup, so brought some new ones as the "testing" of the drives was taking too long. Installed the new drives and now the QNAS doesn't recognize 1 of the 2 remaining original drives. Swapped the drives around and now the QNAS is not recognized by the QNAS software. Still trying to troubleshoot the problem but don't recommend this product at all.
