Netatmo Slim Station Météo + Module Intérieur Supplémentaire

I've had this product for almost 2 years and it's still holding my camera firmly.

This device has been in use for two full years. I want to give it credit for doing a great job for two years. But then the outdoor module stopped working as others have mentioned. No diagnostic information, no status LEDs. I followed all of the advice from Netatmo support, but the outdoor module doesn't seem to have a heartbeat anymore, I can't get it to respond to anything. Netatmo acknowledged the problem, initially offered to warranty the item, but then reneged when they realized it had been two full years. If you're one of those people who think electronics should only last for a year or two anyhow, then I give it five stars. If you believe that non-wear-and-tear electronics should last a bit longer than that, then I give it one star. No moving parts, no physical wear. It just stopped working.

Great urban weather station that works as advertised.

Product does not work. Great idea but readings between the two modules were so different …CO2 meter registered 0ppm with no change - clearly did not work. I have now sent netatmo more than 10 emails over 2 weeks with no response. Netatmo' customer service is non existent. Very disappointed

it's great! I have two. One for home and one for my remote getaway. It's accurate and full of great information.
