Frankly, the Ubiquiti UniFi USW-FLEX-MINI is classic Ubiquiti: reliable, clean, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. As usual with this brand, the quality is there, and for the price, it's really great. And if you use it with a UniFi controller, you also get seamless management of all your devices. In short, it's a small switch that ticks all the boxes.

10/10 performance, small, functional and a pleasure to add to an existing Unifi network infrastructure. I can highly recommend

Unifi just works and with a little effort is great for home. Provided oobox rase or can be managed. Powered either poe or plug pack.

There's nothing to dislike about this switch if you know what it doesn't support. It doesn't require a power adapter even though one is provided if you have PoE.

Integrates perfectly into my existing UniFi network ecosystem. It's tiny, managed, can be powered with either USB-C or PoE and has worked flawlessly since purchased. VLAN support, port assignments etc, every decent feature I needed is implemented. One thing to keep in mind is that adoption was tricky and required making some advanced changes to UniFi DHCP settings (Option Code 43) so that the switch would actually become available to be adopted - on which documentation was scarce. Overall once that was sorted, it has worked absolutely fine since.
