This was a logistical nightmare. Firstly, you aren't made aware that a customer must sign until after the order is replaced. Customer service could not make the change after the order was processed. Secondly, in ordering two phones, the numbers were switched between the two users. After numerous hours on-line and with chat agents, we continue to not have a resolution. I would be hard pressed to order any equipment with AT&T' s supply chain and customer experience management teams again.

Performing while typing is pitiful it skips letters ring is hollow when on no different in abilities to show increases in cost no new features or improvements other than software updates and bug fixes get a new crew to develop new features.
