the guy that helped us lied to us about saying AT&T did not approved us for an upgrade, and pressured us to change our phone plan. I aske why did they let the whole transaction go through? he said they didn't! His manager came out and finally got involved 35 mins later after him pushing and lying. I don't do reviews but this was the worst experience my son and I had.

I never received the product because they use UPS and UPS never uses our call box on out building to get let in so they just never deliver it. It had to be sent back and returned. It’s been over a month since I’ve ordered it and just today they said I can try and order one again. I’ll be going to the store to do it in person this time.
