I bought the 86 tu model was a good tv but didn’t like the suffering of 60hz so returned and bought the 86 85t series love picture and everything about it

Frankly, it's a big upgrade compared to what I had before. I'm very satisfied, even though I probably should have gone for something bigger. Be aware though that this isn't an Android TV, it's LG's home-grown OS and so there are some differences.

Very happy with the TV. Brother-in-law went out and got one just like it, because it looked so good!

My only issue was the set up. Thought it took a little long and there was some confusion with wired network.

The TV itself is great, but the installation service is terrible. They are outsourcing TV mounting service to Handy/Angi which is an open platform handyman can pick a job they want (like Uber). Because I purchased 86 inch TV, it required 2 men to install and two individual handyman were assigned for the work. On the appointment day, one handyman checked-in for the job thru the Handy app but never showed up, and the other handyman who was a newbie arrived and drilled my beautiful wall without measuring the dimension or checking stud location, and made 8 wrong holes on the wall!!! I had to stop him and let him leave my house immediately. I've submitted a claim to Handy/Angi but there is no response. IF YOUR TV MOUNTING SERVICE IS SCHEDULED THRU HANDY/ANDI, DO NOT EVER TRUST THE HANDYMAN FROM THE APP. THEY'RE NOT PROFESSIONAL OR VERIFIED.
