After 2 days with Samsung & Insta360 support, below is their unofficial response. "The Insta360 Flow 2 Pro is not compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S24 due to a known camera‑session conflict and BLE handshake failure. The device cannot perform its advertised function on this phone model." Unfortunately need to return it tomorrow& get the DJI Osmo Mobile 8P Gimbal Advanced Tracking Combo
