We found setting up the robot vacuum very straight forward.The App pretty much sorts it all out for you and even when we are away keeps you updated and confirming when it is finished and returned to it's station. It even empties it's self into the docking station I readiness for it's next clean. It has made a real difference and makes keeping up on cleaning so much easier. Overall extremely pleased and would recommend it.

It's been stuck a couple times due to us leaving things lying around the floor in the way. It's not going to leave lines in carpet like a 230v corded hoover but it really does help out massively and the floors are always clean now. the app keeps you upto date with everyting that needs to be cleabed or replaced and it does two floor maps. we have even named it after my OCD clean mother in law

My Eufy does not mop right up to edges, leaves a couple of inches untouched and doesn’t really deal with stains on the floor even light ones, generally mop function is poor on my cream tiled floor which shows what eufy has missed. Doesn’t get all crumbs as presume it blows them out of path when moving. I have kept it to see if it’s learning improves, as I live alone the floor doesn’t test it too much! Rugs with fringes are an obstacle as well as thin lightweight rugs that have to be removed so prep work is required and you can’t vacuum when out unless you leave the floor coverings in a state of readiness. Water in tanks sit for long time fermenting when not used regularly and stink.

We have had our Eufy since May and I must be honest it’s not the best. Doesn’t clean properly and definitely does not mop properly either. It basically just pushes the dirt around. I am going to return this unit. Not impressed with how expensive it is and what it offers.
