Le Eufy Omni C20 offre une aspiration puissante et une station entièrement automatique qui rend l'aspiration et le lavage presque sans entretien. Son design fin permet de nettoyer sous les meubles et l'application est facile à utiliser. La fonction lavage est efficace pour les taches quotidiennes, mais la saleté tenace peut rester. L'absence de détection d'obstacles est un inconvénient majeur, car le robot peut se coincer sur des câbles ou petits objets. Le nettoyage des tapis et des poils d'animaux est moyen. Comme il n'a pas de réservoir d'eau interne, il dépend de la station pour humidifier la serpillière. Le bac à poussière est petit et des pièces de rechange sont nécessaires régulièrement. Pour les foyers avec beaucoup d'obstacles ou d'animaux, il existe de meilleures alternatives, mais pour les sols lisses et peu encombrés, c'est un choix abordable et convivial.

The eufy Omni C20 handles a multi-surface household reasonably. While it's great at picking up debris from bare floors, it's only okay at cleaning carpets and merely passable at picking up pet hair. Its obstacle handling is also pretty poor; it has difficulty maneuvering around common household obstacles like power cords. The multifunction station handles emptying the dustbin and wetting the mop pads—the robot vacuum is highly dependent on the station since it doesn't have its own mopping water tank, and its internal dustbin is very small. Since this vacuum can't wet the mop pads when it's away from the dock, it can only work in a limited fashion on stains, resulting in inadequate stain removal performance.
