As most OEM items, the battery pack is a bit pricey. But, I trust it to last and work well as a spare for my new SX70 HS.

Original Canon Batteries are clearly the best and well worth the extra cost. However, this battery is only for the Canon EOS M50 and M100 cameras. The EOS M5 and M6 cameras take the Canon LP-E17 battery. The description should be changed to reflect this..

Learned many years ago to go with brand name batteries! It's worth the extra cost. This battery is no exception. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it just doesn't last long. I've since found out that this is a complaint of the Canon mirrorless M50 camera, so I bought 2 extra batteries :-)

It's the correct battery for the Canon M50, which is the camera I have. The battery doesn't last that long. I carry 2 spares with me to keep my Canon battery nerves at ease.
