HP OfficeJet Pro 8122e

I ordered a HP 8122e on a black friday deal at a resonable price. When I received it i registered it with HP to get the free ink. But the printer had already been registered in may so no chance of getting free ink or the 2 year warranty from HP. iI conversed with RYMAN and they would take back the printer but I have not received the cost of the printer which RYMAN said they would refund . When is the money being refunded. The order was 2203014346 J.L.Russell

This is my second HP printer,I’m very pleased with it.and the instant ink service,and back up.

Unfortunately we were supplied with a faulty printer and have to wait for the replacement printer to be delivered a few days AFTER the faulty printer is collected.
