Huge disappointment – Defective Series 9 AI Machine! Extremely disappointed with Samsung UK. On January 3rd, 2026, I bought their top-tier Series 9 AI washing machine. My entire home is equipped with Samsung appliances because I always trusted the brand, but this experience has been terrible. Within just one month of use, the machine started making strange noises, which recently became a horrific metal-on-metal sound. The Samsung engineer visited today and confirmed that the shock absorbers are failing because they are extremely weak. He even admitted this is highly unusual for a brand-new machine and clearly a factory defect. I am deeply unsatisfied that a premium, expensive appliance failed in month one. As a loyal customer who only buys Samsung, I expected far better quality and reliability. Unacceptable for a top-tier price!

This washing machine is nothing short of amazing! I love upgrading to to the latest model and even after upgrading from the series 8 model, this is so good, I was astounded. It has every feature a tech savvy person could desire,that aside,it washes brilliantly. Even though my series 8 model was good,this is just fantastic. It is quiet, and has many cycles to choose from. I know some people just want to chuck their clothes in the washa and press start,but this is just so informative of dose amount ,of detergent,softener , energy efficiency,app notifications as well as having apps included in the 7 inch display;including Spotify, Ring and YouTube. For people who think washing is a chore- buy this machine ! You will love every second of its use!
