makes coffee just like the coffee shops. easy to set up and clean. expensive filters and cleaner but worth it for the coffee

I will start by saying that this is the third Delonghi bean to cup machine that I have purchsed over the last 15 years. Just given the last (still working) one away. I won't go into all the details as you can read the product details for that. I'll go straight to the good and bad (for me) points. Overall the menu and selection system are the best I have seen. Add personal selection options and you have an almost ideal machine. I say almost because if you prefer hot milk based drinks, like lattes, then you need to try the machine in a shop before you buy. The temperture of the coffee is great, the milk frothing not so good. I have tried all the recommended options. I have set the machine to max heat, run a hot clean on the milk system to warm it and put boiling water in the cup to heat it. The end result is a latte which you can drink down straight from the machine. If you prefer yours hotter then try beore you buy.

Our old machine was slowly conking out so we’ve treated ourselves to this one. Not used to an automatic but it’s brilliant. The froth has several levels and there are 2 bean hoppers. It’s a slimmer machine than our old one and it’s a doddle to clean. The coffee taste ( the most important thing) is superb. We are very happy with it

Replaced our 12 year old Bosch machine with this…so much lighter, easier to use, easier to clean, able to switch beans with no problem and a perfect coffee every time.

great coffee straight from bean. I would recommend. you do have to have filters and descaled which is an expense on top but worth it
