I placed my order with the ATT representative Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base PX. The process seamless and the rep was very proficient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and maintained calm and patient demeanor. I received my phone on the date I was told without incident.

phone call saying a promotion available for how long i been a customer. said i just needed to pay sales tax and it was all done through ATT app. get the items, the "activation" number they gave me said that they sent the wrong items and to return them with a UPS label they sent me. i did not return them. i since have tried to return the items to an ATT store, i have called ATT Customer service and they will not help me with returning the products that i now have to pay installment payments on every month and the new phone lines.
